Eligibility for Refunds

• For Digital Services:
  A refund may be requested if work has not yet commenced on your project. Once design work, development, or setup (including website, Facebook page, or WhatsApp business profile) has begun, refunds are no longer available.

• For Retainers or Deposits:
  Any deposit paid toward a project is non-refundable once creative work or strategy has been initiated.

• Proof of Purchase:
  A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all refund requests.

Non-Refundable Items

• Discounted or promotional service packages

• Logo design concepts after client approval has been given

• Third-party tools, plugins, or subscriptions purchased on behalf of the client

• Services already delivered in full (e.g., completed website launch, Facebook page setup)

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method.

Cancellations

• Service Cancellations:
  Projects may be cancelled within 24 hours of deposit or agreement without penalty, provided no work has begun.

• After the 24-hour period or once work has commenced, any deposits or partial payments are non-refundable.
