  Work begins within 1–2 business days after receipt of deposit and signed agreement.

• Delivery Method:
  Final deliverables are shared via email, Google Drive, or direct setup on your chosen platforms (e.g., website goes live, Facebook page published, WhatsApp Business profile configured).

• Delivery Timeframes:
  Timelines vary depending on project scope. Estimated completion times are provided in your project proposal. Most website projects are completed within 7–14 business days, while logo design typically takes 3–5 business days.

Physical Deliverables (if applicable)

If your project includes physical items such as branded merchandise, printed materials, or promotional products:

• Processing Time:
  Physical orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

• Delivery Timeframes:

  • Local Delivery (within South Africa): 2–5 business days

  • National Delivery: 3–7 business days

• Shipping Fees:

Undeliverable Packages
